Mission Analytics Group served as a subcontractor to Abt Associates, Inc. to examine the effect of enrollment in Affordable Care Act-provided health care coverage has on Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program clients related to their health outcomes as well as to examine any remaining gaps in health care, and issues related to utilizing health care services.
