Assessment of the Impact of COVID-19 on Colorado Works Clients

In the Spring of 2021, Mission Analytics Group worked with the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Colorado Works Clients, through five to seven focus groups with participants from throughout the state. In this project, Mission developed a protocol, managed the recruitment and screening of participants, facilitated the focus groups, and analyzed both secondary data and the transcripts from the focus groups. Findings from this work were then summarized in a report for CDHS.
