POLICY AND DATA ANALYSIS IN SUPPORT OF THE OFFICE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, DISABILITY, AND AGING POLICY (BHDAP)

Client: Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE)

As a subcontractor to Mathematica, Inc., Mission supports analysis and technical assistance to the Office of Behavioral Health, Disability, and Aging Policy (BHDAP). From 2022 to 2026, Mission and Mathematica will complete various tasks to support BHDAP, including the two below (which started in the first year):

Medical Respite: Mission staff are supporting a qualitative analysis of medical respite programs, including an environmental scan on these programs and key informant interviews with various stakeholders. Mission and Mathematica will submit a report to ASPE on these findings.

988 Crisis Services: Mission and Mathematica are helping BHDAP explore innovative 988 crisis services systems that integrate with other service systems for special populations, including children and youth and adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities. This analysis will include case studies and a final report and presentation to ASPE and other agencies.
