Dr. Kako is a Director and Senior Associate. His current work has focused on approaches to rebalancing long-term care, where he serves a Project Director for Mission Analytics Group's work with the Balancing Incentive Program (BIP), Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), and California State Independence Living Council (SILC).
Dr. Theobald is a Director and an Associate that possesses over 10 years of experience producing academic and applied policy research. He serves as the quantitative and task lead several projects, including work with the California Department of Developmental Services, San Francisco Department of Children, Youth & Their Families, Violent Prevention and Intervention project, and the Family Resource Center (FRC) Initiative in San Francisco, and the Rural Community Hospital Demonstration.
Ms. Wheeler is an owner, Corporate Secretary, and Senior Analyst. She contributes to project coordination, quantitative and qualitative research, training and technical assistance, and communication activities for work related to developmental disabilities, child welfare and HIV/AIDS. She currently serves as a Project Coordinator with the California Department of Developmental Disabilities and assists with coordination on the Health Services and Resources Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau projects.
Mr. Venegas Marin is an Analyst and provides statistical data analysis and production of reports and other publications on projects focusing on youth violence prevention, child care, dental services and developmental disabilities.
Dr. O'Brien-Strain is the President and Senior Associate at Mission Analytics Group. Her current work focuses on health care services delivery, child and family policy, and developmental disabilities. Across a wide range of projects, she provides expertise in statistical modeling, program evaluation and technical assistance, as well as writing for non-technical audiences.
Ms. Gcoombs is an owner and an Associate where she contributes to project management, quantitative and qualitative research, training and technical assistance, and communication activities. She is the Project Manager for numerous complex projects with the Health Services and Resources Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Ms. Gunther is an owner and Senior Analyst. She collaborates extensively with city and county human service agencies, state agencies, and CBOs on a variety of social service-focused projects. Through her work with the California Department of Developmental Services, she has conducted extensive focus groups at regional centers serving individuals with disabilities.
Ms. Chang is an Analyst and contributes to project coordination, logistics, and technical assistance on work related to developmental disabilities, long-term care, and HIV/AIDS.
Dr. Wilwerding is a Director and Senior Associate. He serves as the Project Director for Mission Analytics Group's work with individuals with developmental disabilities and child welfare.
Mr. Addison is a Director and serves as the Chief of Statistical Programming where he directs and performs the programming for numerous projects. He has extensive experience using complex administrative datasets, including child welfare services data, developmental disabilities data, HIV/AIDS data, and Medicare and Medicaid claims data.
Mr. Rosenberger is a Senior Analyst and contributes to projects focused on youth violence prevention, developmental disabilities, and child care, performing statistical data analyses and supporting report production.
Ms. Moody is a Senior Analyst that focuses on statistical programming support on various projects focusing on youth violence prevention and developmental disabilities.
Ms. Rios is an Administrator and Analyst she supports staff in bookkeeping, invoicing, other office administration, and project work.
