Planning and Evaluation for AB833, Alameda County Child Care Subsidy Pilot Program

Mission Analytics Group provided planning support and evaluation of this pilot project. Mission compiled existing research to inform the Local Child Care Policy and Evaluation Plan for the Pilot, submitted a draft plan for stakeholders to review, collected earnings data from each participating contractor, conducted the Pilot Reimbursement Rate (PRR) analysis, and suggested a PRR.
